Detach the cold shoe mount from the extension and mount it directly to a 1/4” screw, onto a tripod for example. 

Both the extension and the cold shoe mount are made of strong aluminium, which gives the PT-3 a long durability. The anti slip rubber allows you to mount everything securely without scratching your devices.
